Why do people associate Toccata and Fugue by Bach with Halloween? Yeah, it was from Fantasia but still. It sounds creepy but so does a lot of other classical pieces. Where did this thought originate from? As kids come with their candy buckets to my door, I’m going to play Toccata and Fugue on my violin and see what their reaction is. ;)
…and so yesterday was Herrick’s Homecoming Semiformal. Everybody say WOO! As the second Herricks Semiformal ever, HHS student government did it again and raised the roof. There was great music, great, fulling Italian food, friends. Kudos! But as always, I missed some chances to ”dance” with some girls who wanted to “dance” with me. :(
But anyways…
…for those who decided not to go: You missed out on a great night because you have “prosaic” lives. Tryin’ to use a SAT word here:)
Okay, well I haven’t touched this tumblr since June but at that time it just for kicks. But after reading my friend’s blog, it occurred to me that it would be nice to write down whatever comes into my mind; totally unlike what we do in English class.
Or…
maybe I think having a blog means I’m very sophisticated in way.
Or…
my friend is just being very “inspirational”.
So I just made a tumblr account. I’m still figuring out what to do on it. Share my life? Don’t need to. Look up my friends? nah.
